Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

ProfitPing Premium includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without any payment being processed.

Since our service is digital and activated immediately, payments are non-refundable once a subscription begins.

Refunds are only considered in cases of accidental or duplicate payments.

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Telegram bot or by contacting support.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial usage.
